Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
The short version
- This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or tracking code.
- We collect what you type into a form or an email, and we use it to answer you and to do the work you ask about.
- A few service providers handle that information for us. They are named below.
- We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising.
- Email nick@illuminaresolutions.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.
Who we are
Illuminare Solutions LLC is a Florida limited liability company. It runs illuminaresolutions.com and provides marketing operations, GTM engineering and website migration services to businesses. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Illuminare Solutions LLC. You can reach us at nick@illuminaresolutions.com or through the contact form.
Illuminare Solutions LLC also operates Enrollmentum, which runs patient recruitment for clinical trials and keeps a future-studies list that people join by choice. How Enrollmentum handles study leads and that list is set out on its own privacy page: enrollmentum.com/privacy.
What this policy covers
This policy covers illuminaresolutions.com, the forms and booking on it, email you send us, and the documents we send clients to sign at sign.illuminaresolutions.com. It does not cover other websites we link to. Those sites have their own policies.
What we collect
What you give us. Each form asks only for what it needs:
- The contact form asks for your name, your email address, a topic and your message.
- The project inquiry form asks for your name, work email address, company, website (optional), what you need, when you want to start, the CRM and marketing tools you use (optional) and what is not working today.
- The Growth Assessment asks five questions about your business: your situation, the hours you work each week, your team, your revenue range and how documented your processes are. It works out a score from your answers. To book a call, it then asks for your first and last name, your email address and a meeting time. Otherwise it asks for the email address we send the checklist to.
- When you email us, we receive what you put in the email.
- When you sign a document with us, the signing service records your name, email address, signature and the time you signed.
What the website records on its own:
- Cloudflare serves this website. Like any web server, it receives your IP address, your browser type and the page you asked for, so it can deliver the page and keep the site secure.
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and page views. It does not use cookies and does not follow you to other websites.
- When a form is shown, it runs Cloudflare Turnstile, a spam check. It looks at your browser and your IP address to tell people from bots.
- When you send a form, we store a scrambled code made from your IP address, not the address itself. We use it only to limit how many forms one connection can send in a short time.
This website has no accounts, takes no payments, sets no cookies and runs no advertising pixels. Our Cookie Policy has the details.
Why we collect it
- To answer your question or your request.
- To schedule and hold the call you booked, and to send you the calendar invitation.
- To send you the checklist you asked for.
- To prepare a proposal and to do the work we agree on.
- To keep our forms safe from spam and misuse.
- To meet our legal and tax duties.
Sending a form does not add you to a mailing list.
Who handles your information for us
These companies handle information for us, only to run the services named here:
- Cloudflare serves the website, stores form submissions and bookings in our database, counts visits and runs the Turnstile spam check.
- Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES) sends the emails our forms and booking create: the notice to us, your calendar invitation and the checklist link.
- Microsoft 365 runs our email and holds the messages you send us and the notices our forms send us.
Documents for signature are sent from our own copy of Documenso at sign.illuminaresolutions.com, which runs on a server we manage. When we work together, we may also keep your business contact details in our own customer records, which also run on servers we manage.
We may disclose information when a law, a court order or a government request requires it, or to protect our rights. If the business is sold or merged, the information would pass to the new owner under this policy.
What we never do
- We never sell your information.
- We never share it for advertising that follows you around the internet.
- We never use your form answers to make automated decisions about you.
How long we keep it
- Form submissions and bookings stay in our database for as long as we need them to answer you and to work with you. We delete them when you ask, unless a law or a contract says we must keep them.
- Emails stay in our mailbox for the same purposes and on the same terms.
- The download link in the checklist email works for 7 days.
- Signed documents and their signing records are kept for as long as the agreement they belong to matters for legal, tax or accounting reasons.
Your choices
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you.
- Give you a copy of it.
- Correct it.
- Delete it.
- Stop contacting you.
Email nick@illuminaresolutions.com. We may ask you to confirm your request from the email address we have on file, so that we do not hand your information to someone else. We answer within 45 days. If a law or a contract stops us from deleting something, we tell you what and why.
If you live in California or another state with a privacy law
California, and a growing number of other states, give residents rights over their personal information. Depending on where you live, you can ask us to tell you what we collect, use and disclose, to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to stop any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. You can send a request yourself or through an authorized agent. We will not treat you worse for asking.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your information. Since we do neither, nothing on the site changes.
Children
This website is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.
How we protect your information
- Every page and form uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
- We store a scrambled code instead of your IP address.
- Only our own team can read form submissions and bookings.
- Our service providers hold the information under their own security programs.
Where your information is handled
We are based in the United States, and so are the companies named above. Your information may be handled in the United States and in other countries where those companies run their systems.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we post the new version on this page with a new date at the top.
